What to expect:
During your first visit, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your specific problem and begin to implement a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan. We may also give you exercises to do at home. In following sessions, your treatments and home programs will be adjusted according to your recovery path and response to treatment.

What to wear:
Please bring a pair of shorts if your knee or ankle is being treated. Women should wear a skirt or pants/trousers
Instead of a dress to ensure modesty during treatment.

Please note: If you are running late, please give us as much notice as possible. We will attempt to accommodate
you; however, if there is a patient booked immediately after you, your appointment may
understandably be cut short.
